A binding reservation arises only once we have received and confirmed your reservation fee in accordance with a Reservation Letter issued to you. A binding sale arises only once a Sales Agreement has been signed by both parties.
Until a Sales Agreement is signed, we reserve the right to withdraw any unit from sale at any time.
If you proceed to reserve or purchase a unit, your legal rights and obligations will be set out exclusively in:
(a) the Reservation Letter issued to you for your specific unit; and
(b) the Sales Agreement signed by both parties.
Where any information on this website conflicts with your Reservation Letter or Sales Agreement, your Reservation Letter or Sales Agreement takes precedence.
The reservation fee amount, payment method, and payment deadline for your specific unit are set out in your Reservation Letter. Payment must be made by payment methods stated in the Reservation Letter, using the reference provided.
The reservation fee is non-refundable. This applies whether the reservation lapses, is withdrawn by the buyer, or does not otherwise result in a signed Sales Agreement, except as expressly stated otherwise in your Reservation Letter.
If you proceed to sign a Sales Agreement for the reserved unit, the reservation fee is credited in full against the purchase price of that unit. The reservation fee is not credited against the purchase price of any other unit, and is not transferable to another buyer.
Subsequent instalments following a signed Sales Agreement are payable in the amounts, currency, and against the milestones set out in that Sales Agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time you reserve a unit will apply to your reservation.
